We have chosen Human Bridge as our main cooperation partner concerning international aid. Human Bridge has specialized in the process of collecting, reconditioning and repairing all kinds of hospital equipment and supplies and ship these to hospitals around the world. Human Bridge is, in our assessment, the organization best qualified to meet the requirements on organization, resources and logistics necessary in helping us to fulfil our task.

The association Human Bridge was created in 2001 through the merging of the relief departments of two international relief and development organizations in Sweden. These organizations, Erikshjälpen and Läkarmissionen, had been carrying out relief projects involving material aid since 1974 and 1990 respectively.

The combined historic efforts of the represented organizations in terms of volume of materials shipped to over 100 countries throughout the world are substantial. Today on average one shipment per day is dispatched from the warehouses to different destinations. Of these shipments approximately 300 tons are comprised of assorted hospital materials and equipment.
