You fill out our application form and send it to us along with your medical documentation (in English or Swedish).

Availability
We contact the care provider regarding availability.

Treatment plan
• We send a treatment plan to you
• If required we estimate the cost of the treatment

Payment
You are required to use one of the following payment methods:
• A written guarantee from an insurance company or public authority
• An EU form E112
• An advance payment

Assistance
We inform about the planned treatment and assist with practical matters such as certificates for visa application, hotel reservations and interpreters, depending on your needs

Treatment starts

Invoice
We send you a detailed invoice when the treatment is completed.
